Can I add something or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately no, once your order has been placed changes or additions are not possible. You can place an additional order or contact us right away to discuss cancellation. Generally, orders are only able to be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

What are your shipping rates?

All order ship for free to the 48 contiguous United States! Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of this zone at this time.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Total time for your order to arrive will be the processing time + shipping time and will vary depending on the item(s) ordered and your location.

Average processing time for most orders is 2-7 business days and average shipping time for most orders is 2-6 business days.

We use different printers for different items so please note that if you are ordering different products types (i.e. a deskmat and a phone stand) your items will have different processing and shipping times and will arrive in separate packages.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you'd like current processing and shipping time estimates for the item(s) you are interested in.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of receipt of order. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be received in new, unused condition.

Please note that in the rare instance that an item is received with a product defect, misprint or damage during shipping then a return is not necessary and a full refund or free product replacement will be issued upon receipt of photo documentation.

What happens if my item arrives with a misprint, product defect or is damaged during shipping?

In the rare instance that you receive an item that has a product defect, misprint or has been damaged during shipment please contact us right away with clear pictures of the product (showing the damage or misprint) and the packaging it arrived in. You will receive a refund or free replacement of the item and return of the item will not be necessary.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately no, because our items are shipped directly from our printers we do not keep inventory on hand are unable to exchange one item for another. You would need to contact use within 7 days of receipt of your order to get approval for a return and then you could place a new order for your desired item.
