All of our items are made to order, meaning they are printed after purchase and shipped directly to you from our printers nationwide.

Processing and production time is the time it takes to process, print and package your order and does not include actual shipping transit time.

For most of our items, average processing and production time is 2-3 business days, however during peak seasonal and holiday times, that window may extend to 4 or more business days. Please contact us prior to purchase if you'd like current processing and shipping time estimates for the item(s) you are interested in.

We do use different printers for different items so please note that if you are ordering different products types (i.e. a desk mat and a phone stand) your items will have different processing and shipping times and will arrive in separate packages.

Due to the high cost of overseas shipping, we currently only ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

Our items ship directly from our printer to you. Shipping time is generally 3 to 7 business days and our printers will choose the best shipping partner for your order, typically DHL or USPS.

Please note that we use different printers for different products in our shop. If you are ordering more than one product type (i.e. a desk mat and a wireless charger) they may have different processing times, shipping times and/or may arrive in separate packages on different days.
